Clay was also used on top of some of the guitar picks (after priming with Shellac) to even out the oval of the egg and then sanded (image on the right is before sanding and perfecting). Paint was then applied, using an airbrush for the last layer to give it a smooth florescent effect and slight dabbing to bring out some details from other layers of paint underneath. Portions that were uneven were covered up with moss which was made using a "secret" technique I invented.
